More than 25 accomplished artists have officially been confirmed to take center stage at the highly anticipated 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards, scheduled for a live broadcast on Thursday, October 5th, exclusively on Telemundo.
Bad Bunny, a superstar with a staggering 15 nominations, including coveted titles such as Artist of the Year, Tour of the Year, and Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year (Male), is among the latest additions to the star-studded lineup. Bad Bunny, who has treated fans to hit singles like "un x100to" with Grupo Frontera, "Where She Goes," and "Un Preview" this year, is gearing up for a remarkable worldwide TV debut that promises to be nothing short of sensational.
Fans tuning in can also look forward to electrifying performances from a diverse array of artists including El Alfa, TINI, Nicki Nicole, Manuel Turizo, Farruko, Myke Towers, the legendary Marc Anthony, Olga Tañon, Sofia Reyes, and Peso Pluma, who leads this year's nominations with an astounding 21 nods spanning 15 different categories, including Artist of the Year and Artist of the Year (New).
In addition to the spectacular musical showcases, several special awards will be presented to industry luminaries. The esteemed Mexican cumbia group, Los Ángeles Azules, will be honored with the prestigious Billboard Artistic Trajectory Award. The Puerto Rican reggaeton sensation Ivy Queen is set to receive the coveted Billboard Icon Award, while the Colombian sensation Karol G will be recognized with the Billboard Spirit of Hope Award for her philanthropic efforts through her foundation, "Con Cora."
