Grimes, the musician famous for her stage name, has initiated legal action against Elon Musk, her former partner, concerning their three children.
On September 29, court records reveal that Boucher filed a "petition to establish parental relationship." This legal document is essentially a request for a court order to formally recognize the legal parents of a child, a common procedure when unmarried couples have children. Unfortunately, the details within the filings are not publicly accessible.
According to family attorney Deborah Dubroff, such a petition is often filed in conjunction with demands for child support or custody rights, even though no filings for these specific matters have been made as of the latest update.
It's worth noting that Boucher's attorney, Samantha Bley DeJean, has not provided any comments or statements regarding this legal development.
